2. What Do I Need To Pay For Cruise Trip?

You need to pay 3 type of fee :

• Cabin fare (accommodation, 4x meal daily, activity in cruise)

• Tax & Fee (passenger handling fee, port charge, port tax)

• Gratuity is a service charge by cruise ship (pay in the ship)

3. What Is Include In Cruise Package?

• Accommodation (interior/oceanview/balcony)

• 4x Meal Daily (breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner)

• Cruise ship facilities swimming, jacuzzi, water slide, gym and many more

• Daily night international  show

• Others activity depend on which cruise you choose 

4. How Many Person In 1 Cabin?

• Minimum 2 person in 1 Cabin

• Maximum 4 person in 1 Cabin

5. What Is The Minimum Age To Join A Cruise Trip?

• Baby 6 month below CANNOT join cruise trip

• Baby 6 month above CAN join cruise trip (will count as 1 person)

6. Can Pregnant Women Join A Cruise Trip?

• Pregnant lady above 24 weeks (on sailing date) CANNOT join cruise trip

• Pregnant lady below 23 weeks (on sailing date) CAN join cruise trip 

7. Do We Offer Sailing From Penang?

• Unfortunately, no. 

• You need to come to Kuala Lumpur, AirAsia flight ticket just only RM60 one way 😅

8. Do We Need To Bring Passport For Cruise Trip?

• You MUST bring passport valid 6 month before cruise trip for international route (Singapore,Phuket)

• No need passport for local route (Penang)

9. Can I Go Down When The Ship Arrive In Singapore/Phuket?

• You can go down and explore the city when the ship arrive at the destination

• You have 6-8 hour to explore local destinations

• You can explore the city free and easy or

• Book tour package by cruise

10. Do HALAL Food Provide In Cruise Ship?

Depend on cruise. Here are the detail for 3 cruise we offer :

• Genting Dream- Have Halal certificate for The Lido Restaurant

• Costa Serena - In process obtaining Halal certificate Malaysia

• Royal Caribbean - No  specific Halal restaurant. Meat used are Halal. 

11. What Is The Currency Used In Cruise Ship?

• Genting Dream- Singapore Dollar (SGD)

• Costa Serena - US Dollar (USD)

• Royal Caribbean - US Dollar (USD)

12. How To Spend In The Cruise Ship?

All passenger will be given cruise card individually for spending in the cruise ship. On the last day sailing you need to settle the amount you spend in the ship. Here are 2 methods to pay your outstanding amount :

• Credit card

• Pay by cash (change MYR to SGD or USD  before cruise trip)
